Mel Gibson Caught Giving Lip
Mel Gibson's on a roll ... a week after getting up close and personal with Maria Menounos -- the actor surfaced by the beach in L.A., planting a big smooch on an unidentified woman.The photo was snapped yesterday outside a beach house in Santa Monica.
Mel's been on a tear in the lady department recently -- sweeping Maria Menounos off her feet at her 34th birthday party last Sunday in Encino ... literally.
Mel was even spotted last month at a Victoria's Secret party in Beverly Hills -- chatting up a mystery blonde.
Who knows, maybe they're all just "Passion of the Christ" fans.

Kris Humphries told his ex, Myla Sinanaj ... he KNEW Kim Kardashian hooked up with Kanye West because he was mysteriously absent from the big wedding ... sources close to Myla tell kingtz. We're told Chris groused to Myla about how Kris Jenner suspiciously referred to Kanye as "a close family friend" -- someone Kim knew for a long time. Kris H told Myla, "If he was such a close family friend, why wasn't he invited to the wedding?"
We're told Kris confided in Myla he "felt played" by the whole thing and was genuinely devastated when news of Kim's new relationship broke.
Our sources say Kris was with Myla the day Kanye's song about dating Kim (and dissing Kris) was released -- and Kris was "visibly upset."

Other Driver Blames Rapper THE BLOW-BY-BLOW

The husband of the other driver in last night's Soulja Boy car crash tells TMZ -- there's no two ways about it ... the accident was all Soulja's fault.
TMZ spoke to the other driver's husband moments after last night's crash, and he tells us, he and his wife -- who's pregnant right now -- were waiting at a red light in the turning lane, when the rapper's red Bentley swerved across a double yellow line and collided with their vehicle.
The footage appears to back up the man's story.
Because the other driver is pregnant, her husband says she was taken to Cedars-Sinai hospital as a precaution following the crash.
As we reported, the other driver said Soulja Boy was driving the Bentley -- but people close to the rapper are saying it was Soulja's bodyguard behind the wheel.
The crash is still under investigation.
